HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - More alleged victims have come forward and more charges will go before a Grand Jury in the case against Henrico County Dance instructor Andrew Defiesta. Defiesta is already facing six felonies after detectives said he had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl.

Today a judge ordered Defiesta back behind bars until his August trial.

Soon after his arrest, police said they identified two more alleged victims. The girls are also believed to be dancers at the Regency Dance Academy - where Defiesta taught dance.

In court Tuesday, Henrico County Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Linda Scott asked the judge to mandate Defiesta have not contact with any minor under the age of 18, with the exception of his three children.  The judge agreed to the request.

Defiesta is set to return to Henrico Court August 6 for his trial.
