PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – Police charged a Petersburg school bus driver with failure to yield the right of way after the bus crashed into a car.

A school spokesperson told CBS 6 that the crash happened about 8:20 this morning as the bus was transporting twelve A.P. Hill students. The bus driver was attempting to make a turn from North Boulevard onto Johnson Road when the crash happened.
