Virginian wins share of Mega Millions jackpot

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- One lucky Virginian has won a share of the Mega Millions jackpot of $190 million. The pot will be split with another lucky winner in New Jersey. They will both get $95 million.

Virginia Lottery officials said the ticket was purchased at a Food Lion on the 1500 block of South Main Street in Farmville.

The winner has 180 days to claim the prize. The winner can take $95 million in 26 payments or a one-time cash option of $70.3 million before taxes.

This is Virginia's 8th Mega Millions jackpot win.

If you want to double check your numbers, the winning numbers were 11-15-35-43-49 and the Mega Ball was 41.
