RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - On April 21st, Antares became the biggest rocket ever launched here in the Commonwealth. It blasted off from NASA’s Wallops flight facility on the Eastern Shore. Michael Lucero, Co-Founder of the Deep Space Foundation talked about the successful launch.
