RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Over a dozen college graduations take place this weekend around the downtown Richmond area. Expect congestion near the Richmond Coliseum as VCU commencement begins at 10 a.m. Saturday morning. Then Sunday expect delays near the Siegel Center as graduates of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College begin there ceremony at 1 p.m. Stay away from the area if you do not plan on attending.
