RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – From 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. the right lane will be closed on I-95 north between Lombardy Street and Laburnum Avenue for Sherwood Avenue and Robin Hood Road bridge work. If you are headed out to lunch this afternoon consider using I-195 or I-295 as an alternate.
