The Richmond Jazz Society’s Guest Educators Series monthly fundraiser, Tuesday, May 14, the series features James “Saxsmo” Gates” and his new CD release “Gates Wide Open” to jazz fans. You can expect a short education of Jazz happenings in and around Richmond followed by two shows at 7 & 9:30pm at Capital Ale House Downtown Music Hall, Advance tickets are $20 per show on-line and $25 day of show, cash only.
