RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Crews will be out overnight along the Huguenot Bridge due to the on-going construction project. Expect delays as flaggers will be on scene directing traffic in and out of the area. Consider using the Willey Bridge to get to where you need to go. Add 15 minutes to you commute.
