ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The hearings for the two people accused of being responsible for the arson on the Eastern Shore has been pushed back to June.
Police believe Charles Smith and Tonya Bundick are responsible for the fires, although they’ve only been charged with one of them.
Their court dates were moved after defense attorneys requested psychological evaluations of the two suspects.
