A “small number of customers” reported the fragments in the CPK Crispy Thin Crust White pizza.
The other varieties were recalled as a precaution.
According to Nestle, an investigation showed the issued was related to a specific lot of spinach.
The recalled pizzas were produced in February and March.
Nestle said it is working with retailers to ensure the pizzas are removed from store freezers.
Anyone who purchased an impacted pizza should not eat it and instead call Consumer Services at 800-456-4394 or email@example.com for instructions.
