Go Discover Richmond. The 10K, 6.2 mile walking event, Saturday, May 4, with packet pickup & registration showcases starting at 7am. Walk starts and ends at the Virginia War Memorial and goes past a variety of featured attractions that include Hollywood Cemetery, St. Andrew’s Church, Grace & Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, and many more.  Water stops and bathroom facilities will be located along the route and strollers are permitted. 42nd annual “Arts in the Park” Show and Sale, Carillon in Byrd Park, May 4th, 11-6 p.m. & May 5th, 11-5 p.m., FREE Parking and FREE Shuttles available at City Stadium parking lot. More than 450 artists from around the U.S. will gather in Byrd Park to display everything from fine art paintings to jewelry, glass, fiber, ceramics, woodwork and more, www.richmondartsinthepark.com.
