HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — The intersection of West Broad Street and Wistar Road in Henrico County was closed for about two hours after a car struck a pedestrian Sunday night.
Henrico Police and Fire responded to the scene around 9 p.m. where they found a man struck by a vehicle. Police said the car was traveling eastbound on West Broad Street at the time.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital. Police have yet to release the victim’s identity.
The intersection reopened around 10:50 p.m.
