(WTVR) - There still appears to be a wage gap when it comes to equal pay for men and women.

A CareerBuilder survey finds on average women make $24,000 less than men in the same position and fewer women are in the highest paying jobs.

The survey also found 83 percent of CEO's are men.

Occupations that employ the highest percentage of women are nursing, education and psychiatry.
