RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The inaugural Filipino Fiesta RVA is a family-friendly event where you can sample authentic Filipino cuisine. Jinky Ebarle put together some tasty Empanadas, one of the signature dishes that will be featured at the event this Saturday, Aprul 27th from 11am to 9pm at The Richmond Convention Center.
