RICHMOND, Va. - You can now legally own chickens in Richmond. Monday night, Richmond City Council voted unanimously to change city code to allow homeowners to  keep up to four chickens (only hens).

In March CBS 6's Catie Beck reported that about 1300 people signed a petition to amend an old city ordinance.
