RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - For 126 years,  the YWCA of Richmond has been helping women and children in our community.  For more than 30 years, they've been honoring women in our community who step up and do the same... with their "outstanding women awards". Linda Tisserie, CEO of the YWCA of Richmond shares the details.  The award ceremony is Friday, April 26th at 12 noon at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
