CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes have reopened after a multi-vehicle crash closed Interstate 95 north in Chesterfield Thursday morning. The crash scene was around the Willis Road exit (mile marker 64) and backed up traffic beyond the ramp to Route 288 (mile marker 62).
