RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Did you get struck in traffic along Interstate 95 through downtown Richmond over the weekend? Were you stuck for more than two minutes?
The Virginia Department of Transportation published a time lapse video of crews working to replace nine sections of Interstate 95 bridge through Richmond. The work, which started March 15 and wrapped March 18, had traffic backed up for miles at certain times.
