Not getting enough exercise at work? Think again

(WTVR) -- Think you're not getting enough exercise at work? According to a study published in 2011 by the journal PLoS One, 80 percent of jobs in America require little physical activity.

According to "Convert Anything to Calories" recently published by P-H-P Science World, each time you click you a mouse you burn about 1.42 calories.

If you're counting those calories, it means you need click about 2,465 times to lose a pound of fat. That's according to the Mayo Clinic which says you need to burn about 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose one pound.
