RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - It’s an important conversation many families avoid. How do families know what they or loved-ones want when facing end-of-life? Dr. Laurel Lyckholm, a Hematologist/Oncologist and professor of bioethics and humanities with Virginia Commonwealth University wants families to be comfortable bringing this conversation up. She joins us this morning as she prepares to be a part of an upcoming panel discussion ‘The Long Goodbye’ on Thursday, March 21st at 7PM on the campus of The Steward School.
