HENRICO, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico police are on the hunt for a woman wanted on grand larceny and fraud charges.
Police said Alicia Tyler schemed an 86-year-old woman out of several thousand dollars by pretending she would make improvements to the elderly woman’s home.
However, investigators said that repair work was never started and Tyler cashed the check for the repairs.
