Man hit in West End dies

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The man hit by an SUV while walking along a West End road Monday has died, according to Henrico Police.

Police identified the man as 23-year-old Philip C. Marshall of Club Road in Henrico.

Police said the SUV hit Marshall while he and another person walked near the intersection of Hungary Road and Fairlake Lane in Glen Allen.

Police said the accident remained under investigation and that no charges have been filed at this time.
