Middle school lockdown lifted after police search woods

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police responded to Moore Middle School in Prince George to investigate reports of a suspicious person in the woods Thursday morning.
As a result, the school was on lockdown for part of the morning. However, CBS 6 senior reporter Wayne Covil said the lockdown was was lifted just before 11 a.m. after a search of the woods turned up nothing suspicious.
