Massachusetts boy calls police to avoid going to bed

BROCKTON, Mass. (WTVR) – A Massachusetts boy says he called 911 because his mother was making him go to bed.

Police say the call was made shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday night. 10-year-old Dan Davis told dispatchers he called police to report his mother for telling him to go to bed.

Enterprise News said the police came to his home and explained when it’s appropriate to call the police.

No one was charged.
