HENRICO COUNTY, Va (WTVR) - The man accused of sticking nude photos of his ex-girlfriend on windshields of cars and trucks parked near the Henrico Sheriff’s office and two county courthouses as turned himself in.. The woman in the picture is a Henrico Sheriff's Deputy. Other copies of the photo were scattered throughout a deputy’s neighborhood, police said.

Investigators called the lengths the suspect, Wilton Thomas Turner,  traveled to get back at his ex-girlfriend demoralizing and disturbing.

"The pictures were taken of her months ago while sleeping,” Henrico Police Lt. John A. Delbridge said..  “She had no knowledge."

The “Valentine card” included a small greeting accompanied by a nude picture of the deputy who works at Henrico Jail West. The photo was put on to close to 100 cars, police said.

The deputy identified the man seen in surveillance video placing the photos on windshields as Turner, a man she broke up with months ago.  She told investigators at that time he had threatened something would happen.

“The suspect indicated in text messages that he would seek revenge against her,” said Delbridge.  “Because he had the pictures."

A member of the Sheriff's medical staff was heading out to lunch when he found one of the papers on the windshield and recognized the deputy.  It was the same paper put down by the man seen in surveillance video in that exact parking spot.

“Obscenity is defined in the code as something with no literary value, normally nudity or sexual,” said CBS 6 legal expert Todd Stone.

“That text message shows he was being malicious,” said Stone.  “And that his specific intent was aggravated, meaning more jail time because he did it maliciously."

If convicted, Turner faces up to a $2,500 fine and up to a year in jail.  If you were parked in the lot on Valentine’s Day and received one of the nude Valentines, call the Sheriff’s office at 501-5557.
