Tebow bill dies again in senate committee
RICHMOND, Va.(WTVR) – The so-called “Tebow bill” won’t become law this year.
A Virginia senate committee voted the legislation down Thursday. The bill, named after pro-football player Tim Tebow, would have allowed home-schooled students to play sports in public schools.
Tebow was home-schooled up until college. This is the second year in a row the bill died in senate chambers.
