Students receive antibiotics after UVa. meningitis outbreak

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WTVR) -- More than 40 students have received antibiotics after another student was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis at the University of Virginia.

School officials said the infected student is recovering.

Symptoms of the potentially fatal infection include fever, headache, stiff neck, nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light.
