CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) -- A 33-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly bringing a gun into a Chesterfield school last week.
Chesterfield police said Monday that Michael S. O'Berry, of the 100 block of Ruthers Road, openly carried a gun inside A.M. Davis Elementary School on Thursday, Feb. 7.
Officials said that O'Berry left the school without incident after he finished his business in the school's front office.
O'Berry was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm on school property last Friday.
