(WTVR) — NASA has released two high resolution satellite animations of two storm systems coming together to form the historic blizzard over the northeastern United States.

You will see the first area of cloudiness move from Texas across the southeast and up the mid-Atlantic coast.  The second area of cloudiness will move from the northern Plains through the Great Lakes into the northeast.
