RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Crews will be on Broad Street all day installing fiber optic cables and closing lanes. If you usually use Broad between Belvidere and 9th please consider using an alternate. The center and left lanes will be closed. Parking restrictions will also be in place along the south curb of Broad Street.
Commuters are encouraged to detour around the area. Try using Grace or Franklin instead.
