LOVELAND, Co. (WTVR) -- A simple game of pretend is what forced a 7-year-old out of school.
The child says he was trying to save the world when he mimed throwing a grenade into a box filled with pretend evil forces.
That act broke school rules, despite not threatening anyone.
The rules outlaw fighting and weapons: real or imaginary. But the child doesn't understand what he did wrong.
