RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The John Marshall Courts Building was evacuated Monday morning after someone phoned in a bomb threat. Police searched the building and found no explosives. People were allowed back into the courthouse after 10:00 a.m.
Richmond police, Henrico police and Virginia State Police investigated, according to Maj. Baldwin with the Richmond Sheriff’s Office.
