REPORT: Former NYC Mayor Koch dies

NEW YORK (WTVR) – Former New York City mayor Ed Koch died Friday morning, according to a report in the New York Times.

Koch, 88, died at 2:00 a.m. from congestive heart failure, Koch’s spokesman told the Times.
