RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Crews are busy this morning cleaning up debris and problems from the overnight storm. Expect winds to still be an issue in the morning and afternoon commute. Drive defensively, avoid distractions and keep both hands on the wheel. Commuters in larger vehicles, such as campers, trucks or SUV's should expect hazardous driving conditions. Use extreme caution on bridges and overpasses.
The Huguenot Bridge also has construction scheduled that could slow you down. 10-15 minute closures will exist between 8am and 3pm in both directions. Use Chippenham and the Willey Bridge as an alternate.
