Broad Street underwater

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Crews are working to repair a broken water main that is flooding westbound lanes of Broad Street between 6th and 7th Streets in downtown Richmond.

Crews have just stopped the water flow, but the westbound lanes remain closed.

The city said it was not sure when the work would be complete, and advised drivers to avoid the area.
