RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – VCU fans who braved Thursday’s winter storm to cheer on the Rams at the Siegel Center were rewarded with a thrilling win — and free pizza.

Before the game started VCU Center for Sport Leadership grad student Lindsey Biggs won free Papa John’s pizza for everyone in the building when she hit a made a layup, hit a free throw, drained a 3-pointer and drilled a half-court shot — all in 35 seconds.

You could say Biggs was lucky – but she’s had years of practice. She played basketball at Manchester High School and Virginia Tech.
