RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Your Google searches could soon be getting a lot faster.

The company is planning to update their search engine now that it's free from a potential government lawsuit.

The Federal Trade Commission was concerned that Google was violating anti-trust laws by favoring its own search results over competitors, however the company recently agreed to change its business practices.
