CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A gas leak has prompted a partial evacuation at the Shoppes at Bellgrade on West Huguenot Rd. in Midlothian.

A driver jumped the curb at the shopping center and hit the gas line, according to Chesterfield Fire and EMS spokesman Lt. Jason Elmore.  Her vehicle is currently on top of the line. Crews are working around the vehicle, looking for a place to turn off the gas.

This is a developing story.
