RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Meet Aura an 8-year old female beagle mix. She's very sweet, social and snuggly. She is microchipped, spayed and up to date on all her shots. Aura also falls under the senior for senior program at the Richmond SPCA. This means any senior (age 60 and up) who adopts a senior pet (age 5 and up) receives a starter kit for their pet and a reduced adoption fee of $50-dollars.
