HAMPTON, Va. (WTVR) - The FBI is using billboards across seven states to try to identify a bank robber known as the "Ray-Bandit."
In Virginia, the person's face can be seen on an electronic billboard off I-64 in Hampton.
The Ray-Bandit is suspected of robbing more than a dozen banks in seven states, including Virginia.
Agents say he hit two banks in Mechanicsville on December fifth.
The FBI says the bandit constantly changes his look with fake teeth, hair dye and different hats. He is dubbed the Ray-Bandit because of the sunglasses he always wears.
The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
