Match.com spikes from New Year’s resolution to find love

(WTVR) - Was one of your New Years Resolutions to find love?

Match.com is reporting a spike in sign-ups for its' dating site at the start of the new year.

The online dating site says while Valentine's Day is when they see the biggest increase in memberships, the start of the new year is when they see the most registrations, a jump of 55 percent. 

Match.com also reports 64% of singles say their new year's resolution is to find love this year.

Relationship experts say after the holiday season it's natural to seek a relationship for the start of a new year.
