ALERT: Police searching for missing college student

VIRGINIA THIS MORNING: Mama J’s Crab Cakes

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 Tbsp crab base
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add additional ingredients to eggs and beat until well mixed. Fold crabmeat into mixture and scoop & pat crab cakes into patties. Spray skillet with Pam and place crab cakes in skillet until golden brown on both sides. Garnish and serve.
