NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WTVR) -- A four--year-old girl from Newport News is being hailed a hero for saving her mom's life.

Jaliah Driver was honored by the Newport News city council after calling 911 when her mom had a seizure.

Jaliah was also honored with WTKR's "People Take Action Award" for her quick thinking.
