Mercer County, NJ – A fuel mishap leaves dozens of New Jersey drivers stranded on the side of the road.

A tanker truck mistakenly pumped jet fuel into the underground storage tanks of at least a half a dozen New Jersey gas stations.

Because jet fuel isn’t compatible with car engines, many cars broke down on the side of the road.

Mercer County officials aren’t sure how much of the faulty fuel was sold. They’re still trying to figure out how the mix-up happened.
