LONDON  (WTVR) - Prince William was spotted Tuesday morning, visiting his wife Kate in the hospital.

The Royal Palace announced Monday the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their first child, and Kate has been hospitalized with a severe form of morning sickness.

The 30-year-old Duchess is expected to be in the hospital for several days.

Dr. Courtney Legum-Wenk, with Commonwealth OBGYN Specialists, gives more insight into this form of morning sickness and what moms-to-be should know about it.
