Vandals go on slashing spree in Hopewell neighborhood
HOPEWELL, Va. (WTVR) — Hopewell police said some homeowners stepped outside Friday morning to find a nasty surprise.
Authorities said sometime between 11 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday, vandals punctured tires on at least 13 vehicles in the City Point neighborhood.
Police said no other damage was done and the vandals did not take anything from the cars.
