RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Expect to use caution and pay attention to message boards along the Huguenot Bridge today and into this evening. Crews are not scheduled to be on scene but there are still shifts in the traffic pattern. Crews still need to completely demolish the old bridge and start work on the 2nd span of the new bridge. Use the Willey Bridge and Chippenham to avoid delays.
