RICHMOND (WTVR) –  Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell offered a first glimpse into the fiscal health of Virginia — and the outlook is not rosy. During a morning meeting of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates (GACRE), Governor McDonnell painted a more pessimistic outlook than in previous years.

He called these economic times, “unprecedented in the history of Virginia.” He expressed concern over the Fiscal Cliff and how it would be resolved.  He added he has more questions than answers about right now how the federal budget will impact Virginia.
