RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Motor Trend has announced their "Car of the Year" and it's one you may not have heard of: the Tesla Model S.
The Model S is a plug-in luxury car, the first one of it's kind to be named "Car of the Year"
The car costs between $50,000 and $100,000.
