RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Poll areas are expected to see major delays in the Commonwealth today. The largest turn outs are expected in the East and West End as well as in Chesterfield. Please Leave early, Avoid peak times, Pack your patience (and maybe a book) and come prepared.
